As some in my group are aware, I’ve been a fan of Bushmaster AR-15’s for quite some time. For the longest time you couldn’t argue with the fact that they just worked right out of the box. However, it wasn’t that great for customization.

Bushmaster was shut down over the courts allowing people to sue gun manufacturers which became apparent when I stripped the extractor in my Bushmaster.

Stripped Extractor in a Bushmaster Bolt Carrier and Bolt.

I had to find another quality brand and someone told me to give Anderson a shot. I did and its been 4 months now and I have yet to be disappointed with Anderson. Anderson brand is made in Kentucky and reasonably priced, especially considering every part comes with a life-time warranty.

New Anderson 16″ AR-15 Floating Barrel Build

Of course, I did go all out getting a Sig Sauer Romeo RTS Red Dot optic, Sig Sauer 3x Flip-out Maginifier, Sig Sauer laser/light system, with every other part either being Anderson or Magpul. The stock/buffer, mags, foregrip, backup sights, and handle are all Magpul brand.

This has resulted in a very epic weapon system that shoots very smoothly even 1,000 rounds later, and she’s deadly accurate.

Sig Sauer P290RS – “Corona”

As far as a name goes, the jury is out. However, I did pick up a sidearm, Sig Sauer P290 RS with the Corona Stimulus – which I have named “Corona”.

I’ve been called a lot of names before by people who barely know me on the internet. One of them is “crazy”. But after the last few months, boy do I understand just how uninformed those people are.

Some backstory. A few months ago, my oldest daughter’s best friend who lives just about a mile down the road came over banging on our door. I honestly thought someone was breaking in and I instantly went for my firearm because I’ve never had someone bang on the door like that before and the only emotion I could think was behind it, was anger and people aren’t very nice when they’re angry and I don’t put up with any bullshit on my property when it comes to my family’s safety.

I went to the door and saw that it was my daughter’s best friend. She was in tears, her clothes were – well – not right. I put the firearm away and opened the door and she lunged at me like a toddler terrified of a bad storm. I’m purposely going to withhold her name, but let me tell you, that’s never happened to me before by someone that was not my own child.

Her explanation was that she was abused and never wanted to return home. Again I’m going to leave out the nature of this abuse and such. How in the hell could any normal human being say no? I honestly didn’t question her, my daughter is 17, her friend was 18 and legally she could leave her house and go where ever she wanted. She did know that our house was a safe-zone and she knew I was heavily armed. Again, I do realize I should have done some more vetting of what was going on, but I agreed to let her stay for as long as she needed.

Now, some things didn’t really add up for me. She claimed that things were getting abusive, but her mother claimed it was lies. But then she got her mother on video backing up some of her claims and then got a video of her mother destroying her room in retaliation of her leaving and claiming that she had burned all of my oldest daughter’s friend’s property including medicines, clothes, etc.

Then I learned this all started over a cell phone. Now, I keep an app on my kid’s cell phones and they have a very finite amount of screentime they can use before the phone locks them into just dialing mom and dad or 911. Also, if they don’t complete a chore, that’s an hour they lose each day for the week. If they don’t complete their homework, that’s another 2 hours they lose and if they’re failing a class – oh they get no screentime at all.

Let’s say that none of my kids have any attachment or “addiction” to their cell phone so the claim that this all started over a cell phone was absolutely befuddling to me – alien even. But I started to understand a little more over the next few days of her staying at our house. For the first couple of days after about 3 hours of us agreeing to allow her to stay with us, she walked around the house pacing back and forth with ear-buds in her ear and talking to her boyfriend who lives about 2 hours away who moved last school year.

When trying to talk to her, it was hit and miss. Sometimes you had to yell her name and even then she wanted to ignore you. It wasn’t like we were just asking her mundane stuff, we are literally trying to see what she needed: Clothes, toothbrush, feminine care products, backpack, medicine, etc. She literally had nothing but the clothes on her back and her phone.

So, my wife and I dug into our entertainment budget after hearing the recording of her mother saying she “burned” all of her belongings and took about $670 to make her stay more comfortable including buying a new mattress, sheets, pillow, clothes, underwear, bra, shoes, socks, personal care stuff, etc.

A few things to keep in mind here. She had a job working at a grocery store after school in the little town we live near. She claimed to have paychecks coming in and that she would eventually repay everything. Naturally, I told her, “No, it’s a gift with a string attached – stay in school, get your diploma and you’ll be welcomed here for as long as you need.”

But this is where some alarms started to go off. She said her mother had canceled her cell phone and was demanding that she return it. At first, it sounds like an out of control mother seeking revenge, but it was what my daughter’s friend said next, “Can you help me buy a cell phone, I’ll pay you back!”

Maybe it doesn’t sound all that odd, but it was her reaction to my reply, “I have an older phone that has 128gb of storage and 4 cpu cores in my room and I can get service turned back on in just a few minutes – it is still really fast.”

She then asked, “What kind of phone is it?”

And I replied, “Moto Turbo 2”

She then replied, “But that’s Android, I want an iPhone!”

Oh, hell no, I thought to myself and I told her right there, “Look, you want a phone, I’ll give you a phone – it’s still a badass phone, but it’s not an iPhone, besides they are years behind Android, still today! But I’m not buying you a brand new iPhone because it’s completely unnecessary!”

She wouldn’t have any of it, she started calling relatives, her boyfriend, her boyfriend’s mother – she literally spent 4 hours calling around trying to beg money from anyone including past boyfriends, and even other classmates (who my daughter identified). The next day she finally asked if I could take her down to Boost Mobile. I asked if she had the money and she said she did. I took her down and she went into the store and lowe and behold she returned with a brand new iPhone.

I asked, “How did you get the money? No one came by and you didn’t go anywhere!”

She replied, “Oh [your sons] loaned me the money!”

Oh, yeah. I was pissed by this point. But you know what. It was my boys’ money, not mine so there wasn’t much I was going to say other than what I did, “Well, you better pay them back when you can.”

From this point forward, things really turned for the worst and I mean the dire straights. She slept in her earbuds, I know this because she would sometimes sleep on the couch when I was working late at night and I would see her fast asleep with the earbuds in. Other nights she would be talking to her boyfriend upwards of 3am. I know, I’ve been there – I’ve stayed up a few times fairly late to talk to a girl, but not consistently, day after day and then fall asleep with the earbuds in my ear with the line open.

I knew at this point something was very, very wrong and I also knew it was time for a talk. I did just that and explained to her that it was simply unhealthy to keep earbuds in the ear that long throughout the day. I’m not even joking, on the weekend she would wake up with the earbuds in her ear, ignore everything and everyone in the house all day and then go to sleep with those earbuds in her ear all the while talking with her boyfriend on the other end.

I was then alerted by the principal that she was using her phone in class and in the hallways and not paying attention in class. Then she started claiming she was sick. I would take her to the doctor and they would prescribe an allergy medication change and she would then get a doctor’s note and stay home the rest of the day. Lately, she would just stay home for no other reason than, “I don’t feel good.”

However, right at 8am, she was up, moving around without issues (even after her visits to the doctor) on the phone. How in the hell can her boyfriend even do any schoolwork himself if she was on the phone with him for almost a week straight like that? Seriously!

If ignoring everyone trying to help her wasn’t bad enough, in the small bouts of her not being on the phone, she was making demands: “I need to go to the store”, “I need to go here and do this”, “I want something other than what you cooked tonight” – No, I’m dead serious – just a quick background here – up until a few months ago my wife worked as an administrator for Case Farms – the supplier of Chicken to KFC and other restaurants. Every month they would do a chicken sale and employees could buy that chicken for pennies on the dollar, 100lbs of “parfry” (or partially fried) chicken = just $40.00. We ordered the chicken nuggets intended for Dominos, the chicken patties for Olive Garden, and some other nice cuts. It was likely the biggest variety of fried chicken that most people keep in their deep freezer and we had A LOT! We still have approx 80lbs left still months after my wife left for a new, much better paying job.

No one goes hungry at my house because of this. But, this was not satisfactory for this girl. Even though this was literal restaurant food, she HAD to go to a restaurant to eat. I don’t know maybe it was our kitchen wasn’t clean enough even though our counters and table are sprayed down with Clorox brand disinfectant and all-purpose cleaner after every meal (I’m a germophobe when it comes to what I put in my body and fear salmonella poisoning)? For the life of me, I couldn’t figure this out. Now, that’s not to say we had chicken every night, we didn’t. We also had homemade chili, tacos, hamburger helper, spaghetti, etc. But she refused to eat anywhere but a restaurant. In fact, I’ll end this one tidbit on one fact: Not once did I ever see her eat any food we or my kids had prepared.

It was a few weeks later I overheard her talking to one of my kids just after she had gotten back from her boyfriend’s house that weekend. My daughter came running into my room and slammed the door and shouted, “Dad, we have a problem! She’s trying to get pregnant!”

That confirmed what I thought I heard. My wife then had a talk with her and said very specifically, “Look, our agreement doesn’t include a baby. You should be focused solely on school.”

My daughter’s friend also made it extremely clear that her boyfriend didn’t really know what she was “trying” either, whether it be ignorance on her part or intentionally trying to “hook” the boy for 18 years of child support, I don’t know and can’t say. I can only assume.

A few hours later I had a talk with her, as far as I know, she’s never had a father figure in her life before and I was very candid – I told her that boys her age don’t give a rats ass about the long-term they only care about the short-term sex. I told her, “If you get pregnant, there is a very good chance you won’t have a boyfriend the moment you tell him, no matter how much you think he loves you, I can guarantee you that if he thinks he will be committed to you for the rest of his life, he will bolt at this age.”

She at least pretended to listen, abet with headphones in her ears. Yeah, I can imagine that she and I weren’t the only ones in the conversation but I also didn’t give a flying fuck either. It was words she needed to hear if anything I can say I tried to impart some wisdom as an experienced and never-again teenage boy – young dumb and full of – you know how that saying goes.

At this point, we had caught her in a lie. She claimed she wasn’t talking to anyone and instead she was listening to music, even as she was telling us that with earbuds in. But as my wife begins talking to her she replies, “Yeah, I’m here”, really softly. Oh yeah, Kim doesn’t like it when someone lies to her and neither do I.

Needless to say, it took her a while to pay my sons back, late but paid. They both have part-time jobs working for the guy who owns most of the land around here and rents out the lots around this area. His name is Donnie Allen, he’s a great guy and loves the boys and thoroughly enjoys their company and comedy, so he has said himself. I’ll admit, the boys are interesting characters and even put me in stitches sometimes.

As it turns out, she couldn’t have paid the boys a moment too late. Unbeknown to me, she had had problems at her work. Again I didn’t know it, but she had been skipping work to go to her boyfriends almost every weekend when they wanted her to work. I know this because Donnie Allen knows her manager and the store’s owner – it’s a small town and Donnie and I are good friends. Essentially, she would take excessive bathroom breaks, or even make excuses to leave her register and get on her phone. She was even reprimanded SEVERAL times for having earbuds in her ears and talking while ringing up customers.

When Donnie told me this, I knew she was literally out of control and had absolutely no grasp on reality. Now, before you ask, it’s not like Donnie and I just sit around and shoot the shit and gossip about girls working at the local grocery store. Oh no, what brought this up was Donnie’s concern of what happened just the day before, as he told me, “Mike, I think she’s asking for a lawsuit or something like she’s trying to get money out of people. She was just walking down the road here with her earphones in her ear on the asphalt and caused a semi to lock up and made me have to stop too. She saw both of us stopped and she just looked at us and didn’t even stop or get off the road, she just kept going like she had every right to be there!”

Let me just say that this road is somewhat narrow and rural with a speed limit of 55mph. I told Donnie then I didn’t think it was her trying to get a lawsuit out of someone, I told him I think she has a problem with the phone and that’s when he told me when he said he agreed with that assessment. When I told him about our experiences thus far, he said, “Why are you still allowing her to stay with you?”

I honestly couldn’t answer that. This is also where we caught her in a very big lie. She told us over and over again that nothing was wrong at work and that her manager “removed me from the schedule because I missed work one day when we were getting my state ID.”

Yeah, no. According to Donnie, she missed an entire week but only notified her manager of the one day she missed. The other days were “surprise I’m just not showing up” and she ignored the manger’s calls. She had essentially – quit. Never mind she swore up and down in a bald-faced lie to our faces that she was still working.

I should have known a little before this that something was off when she asked me to take her down to the Social Security Administration building. This was a little confusing but her explanation was that her mother was getting a Social Security check on her behalf and she had to transfer the beneficiary to herself. Now, I’ve never known a child to get a Social Security check, especially one in school. But this told me, this girl is not at all against living on someone else’s tit – she has no shame in being a thankless freeloader.

But I’ll also just say once more. It was constantly, “Take me here, Take me there.” with this girl. If I wasn’t taking her in my truck, my wife was taking her in the SUV every day, if not multiple times per day except when she was at her boyfriends which seemed to be about the only time we ever really got any break from driving!

I know that her relationship with my daughter had also deteriorated to the point my daughter wanted her gone. My daughter is much like her parents, she hates a liar and she is pretty slick at catching someone in a lie (maybe even better than I am). She also caught her friend lying to Kim a few times and started fessing up to knowing about this time (a few weeks ago) My youngest daughter was neutral to her until just a few weeks ago and now she too is very negative. As she will tell people, “She’s an ungrateful bitch.” My oldest two boys definitely want her gone and was really pissed off when she was a month late at paying them back.

So, this girl had lost her previous home, she had lost her job, and she had lost her relationship with her best friend over the phone. Her mother’s story was becoming more and more believable by the day and made me regret ever allowing her to stay with us.

A few times we tried to talk to her, we even sat her down and told her, “No earbuds on the road, no earbuds when someone is talking to you” etc. But she didn’t stop until my wife, Kimberly finally had enough of it and confiscated her earbuds and told her, “For the weekend, you will live like a normal human being.” (LOL, my wife is so fucking awesome!)

This enraged the girl so much so that she spent nearly 99% of her time outside. On speakerphone. Yelling.

I then got another call from the principal – again I’ll remind you this girl is 18 and she’s not my daughter, the worst I can do is kick her out of my house which the thought of ding that gnawed away at my insides. This call, however, was different – she’s missed too much school and she cannot pass her classes for the semester (the school will hold the grades hostage for this semester until she attends a semester with a better-than-normal attendance record – ie no more than 3 days missed).

We had yet another talk, I sat down and told her, as nicely as I could (which I will willingly admit that I can rub against someone like sandpaper with my words) and told her very specifically, “The terms of you staying with us is that you have to attend school and work toward your diploma. You’re not doing this. You have a choice to make, today, either you become an adult or remain a student. If you become an adult, I will expect that you find a job and start saving your money for a deposit so you can have your own place to stay within 3 months.”

She then went to her boyfriends – again. It was Friday and she had pretty much done that every weekend and even missed 2 days of school to attend his relative’s wedding in Georgia. So she had now many attendance strikes against her. Several “I’m not feeling good” absences and now 2 more days of unexcused absences for attending a wedding (yeah, not excused in this state, funerals are though). Sunday night the clocks rolled right over 11pm and she did not return. We called her and she told Kim, “My boyfriend’s mother was sick and couldn’t bring me back, I’ll come back tomorrow night.”

At this very moment, she just threw everything we had done for her, every bit of advice and help we tried to give her in our faces and my wife lost it on the phone. She had just shown us that she didn’t give a shit about the school, she didn’t give a shit about anything we had tried to avise her of. She didn’t give a shit about the house rules. Literally everything we had done was thrown right back in our faces.

Long conversation short, my wife told her that she had just convinced her that she is just not going to follow any advice and told her, that’s fine – so it will now be rules and demands, the time for advice has ended and told her, “I’ll come to pick you up or she can bring you home, but you’re going to school tomorrow.”

My daughter’s friend hung up on my wife. Oh, even my kids aren’t that fucking brave, trust me. Even I AM NOT THAT BRAVE! My wife tried to call back and each time it rang and rang. She didn’t lose signal, she didn’t lose battery, it was ignored. Kim sat and stewed for a moment and finally she called Kim back and told her, “I’m going to stay with my boyfriend now because I don’t think [your kids] like me.”

At this point, I couldn’t help but reply out loud, “Good.” But Kim launches in and raises a chuckle from me again and shouts, “You know what? I don’t recall the agreement for you staying here involving [my kids]. If if it is true it’s not like I can force them to like you. You’ve brought any disdain they have for you on yourself. But they have nothing to do with this, it’s simply a convenient excuse. But you’re 18, you can do what you want, so good luck!”

The only thing going through my head is it would only take a few days for her boyfriend’s mother to see what she’s up to – the money-grabbing princess lifestyle she demands to be happy and at that point, I thought, she too will kick her out. So maybe, I think, just maybe at the point of her boyfriend’s mother kicking her out, the girl will get the hint.

That’s where we are right now. We’re still waiting for her to come by and get the stuff (mostly what we’ve bought for her) from our house and go stay with her boyfriend though it still isn’t quite clear if his mother has agreed to allow her to stay indefinitely. I can tell you as a matter of fact that if she does go through with her plans and has a child, her son will never get ahead in life and that girl has absolutely zero willingness to work which means, mom is going to be full-time supporting two grown-ass adults and ONE OR MORE infants/children well into her retirement.

I’m really unsure what the takeaway here is. Perhaps it’s that I shouldn’t ever open my home to anyone again? It seems a little wrong. But I can conclude with one thing – that girl is batshit crazy but it’s not the kind of crazy that should require medication, it is the kind that should have required the severe use of a leather strap long, long ago. I thought I’ve seen crazy before but I’m telling you she makes the combined lunacy of an asylum look as sane as the Dalai Lama.

For the past couple of weeks my company has been testing new hardware. Well, more like – I – have been doing the testing, mostly. When the folks at Mikrotik heard about our situation with connection flooding DDOS attacks a while back, Joel, a rep I had been in contact with, pretty much sent me a new model of their router that he says is specifically meant to take on a HUGE connection load.

Not only that, but he got me in touch with Spectrum and we had a sit down on how to link up the router to broadcast attackers back to Spectrum’s firewalls. I must say, the past 2 weeks have been an absolute success.

Have a look at this.

https://michaelwells.us/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/2019-03-10-at-03-48-52.mp4

This shows a few important things. Firstly, you can see our ISP begin to throttle the incoming packets to hold the connection below 1gps so that our modem is never flooded. Because net neutrality no longer exists, Spectrum Business now throttles connections from networks with poor reputations or known black holes and use a stricter RP Filter which means they’re aggressively fighting people that spoof IP addresses to carry out attacks.

I show a great example of the reputation filtering when I speed test the network based on the .com domain vs the .edu domain. Edu and Gov are considered trustworthy networks and given the highest priority. During the 100Gbps DDOS you can see that Spectrum allows about 5Mbps to come through from their own IP and over 200Mbps to come through on Duke’s network.

The second thing you see is even at 100,000 packets per second, the router still responds lightning fast. The last router would choke at about 20,000 packets per second before the single core 600Mhz CPU maxed itself out at 100%. At 100,000 PPS, this router’s 4 1.9Ghz cores are only at about 5% utilization.

I’ve tried a lot of attacks on this beast, and so far, I haven’t found any attack that will bring it down which is why I’m going to be deploying this router for our company. I was an idiot and left it for about 2 days unsecured, but the only 2 things plugged directly into it was my home router and the printer. So someone did get into it and reset the configuration as well as disable the printer’s network interface. Easy enough to fix – quick restore on the router and re-enabling the printer’s interface and it was back up and running in about 3 minutes.

I believe that in the future this will make our company much harder to take offline.

For the past two years there has been a very colorful website up about me created by a Doxxer & Script Kiddy that really isn’t much of a Doxxer or a Script Kiddy.

This started out in retaliation to something. The subject never made their motive apparent. It can only be speculated that it was either for political purposes or because I was a loud critic of a game that they were a fanboi of.

I was first notified of the site by text message sent anonymously from the subject. Upon checking it out, I was almost in shock. Who or why? Not only that but there was only shreds of truth, the rest were obvious untruths that could be verified with only minutes of research.

The primary claim on the website was that I am a sex offender. That simply is not true. Since being a teenager and doing teenager stuff, I haven’t been in trouble with the law — ever.

But who am I? I’m a country boy brought up on a farm in a small town with not much to do but drink and get in trouble as with most others at my age. I received my Eagle Scout rank in 1999 and graduated high school in 2000 where I immediately enlisted in the United States Army. That was a little tough, actually. I originally picked the job “98K” or Satellite Intelligence which required a Top Secret Clearance and required me to prepare a questionnaire for the NSA to be delivered on a Saturday (to which they were closed). Upon delivery the following Monday, that job was no longer available. I was offered a “next best” job of “74G” or Telecommunications Information Systems Administrator, Maintainer, and Operator (or in civilian terms, Network Administrator). This also required a Top Secret Clearance and I had my packet in-hand.

That is what I went in for. I took basic in Fort Jackson (or Relax in Jackson) and AIT in Ft Gordon Georgia where I met my wife. My military career was sterling. I was discharged honorably in 2004 and almost immediately awarded service connected disability from the VA just by attempting to have them continue treatment from an injury in Afghanistan.

After the Army, I went from job to job. I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why I could only stay employed for 3 months at the time. I just figured that something about me had changed and maybe it was time to go at it alone. Using some of the college I had taken in the US Army, I started up my Montgomery GI Bill with the help of the VA (this is something you pay into while you are in the military), and I continued my education, built contacts, and started MLW & Associates as a DBA of myself.

For a year it was rough – like Ramen every night rough. But in 2007, we got our first break, an international resort booking agency (Activities Ireland). With that came a network of contacts, Sunshine Grancanaria (Des’s network of contacts), Aran Sweaters, Colgan Sports (Adrian’s network of contacts), and so-on. In 2011, the company was taken out of my name and made a LLC with my wife and I being the officers of the company and putting only $1.00 into the company (which means that’s all we would be liable for). It was simply a liability that I didn’t want personally if the worst happened.

From here the company grew exponentially, far beyond my expectations but still not enough to warrant an office building or any of the overhead costs that most companies have. For the most part, the company ran from my living room with 4 kids in the background of my calls.

My wife went to school for accounting and taxes so she could help keep the IRS off of my backside and then we discovered a startling revelation. Did you know the government pays companies to employ veterans for 3 months? That was my “ah-ha” moment. That was the moment I realized that the only reason I had been hired is for the really nice $10,000 check the government sends to companies after hiring a disabled veteran. But the past was in the past, yet it was somehow relieving to know that these companies had motive to hire me for 3 months and then suddenly fire me with little to no reason at all ( *cough* ExeCom Computers and Inttek *cough* )

We began to then focus our efforts locally. I began to pick up local clients in and around Wayne County, including Molton Flooring. That also brought in a network of contacts, more than the previous. We were now “comfortable” and thinking about the purchase or rental of office space. But still, I wanted at least $100,000 sitting in the bank before we committed to that.

Then along comes our friendly neighborhood Script Kiddy. The website was created and our networks began to get DDOSed, out of the blue, with no apparent reason. I struggled to mitigate the first few DDOS’s, and I was successful as the DDOS’s became less in magnitude but was still choking our bandwidth and our data centers bandwidth.

You know that story and how Net Neutrality played such a large role in aiding this person in keeping our networks down and forcing us to move our data to another data center with DDOS scrubbing capabilities, which by the way, the costs are astronomical.

https://goldsborowebdevelopment.com/2018/05/network-improvements-net-neutrality/

But it was once I began to make appearances on the news, and was in photo ops for my senator as the reason to repeal net neutrality everything stopped. The website seemed to have been abandoned, and even friends and customers that this guy was harassing started to report that they haven’t heard anything.

My best guess is that a few things could have happened here. First, it is entirely possible he saw one of the interviews on national news, or it is possible he saw the bill introduced for the reform as the “Wells Bill” and realized, suddenly, that his efforts were entirely in vein. Or maybe someone in his country finally arrested him for something he did to someone else. It’s guess work really, but I really do hope he got to see me on the news talking about him and the reporters revealing who I really am as total vindication against his website.

But just last week I laughed. I couldn’t help it. I checked our friendly neighborhood script kiddy’s website and I found this:

Translation According to Google:
“Ichthus dispute on the basis of the C.S.F.R.”

I don’t speak Dutch, so I had to run this through a translator and I found that his own website was so insecure, his provider had taken his servers offline. CSFR which in Dutch stands for Cross Site Request Forgery. I couldn’t help but to find humor in this. For almost 3 months he was contacting our customers and telling them about all of the exploits our servers had, how I didn’t know anything about security which he claimed his successful DDOS’s were evidence of (actually it was not, DDOS means you can’t break in so the only vector you have to disrupt business is to deny access to an information system). All of which were lies of course. Now, that isn’t to say there wasn’t a shred of truth in what he said, there was. Some customers had older websites that had to be placed on older versions of PHP. But in this Script Kiddy’s limited knowledge, he didn’t realize that a server can run multiple, secured versions of PHP that is isolated to the user’s account and does not globally affect the server which means that we could account for these securing vulnerabilities and patch the website instead of upgrading their version of PHP and having to completely re-write it.

Screenshot from our control panel showing available PHP versions our customers can select per-site.

So, there were no unaddressed security issues — that’s the short version.

There was a lot we have gone through in this endeavor. Firstly, my kids were harassed at school over this. In one case, my oldest son decked 2 of the kids picking on him and eventually was pardoned after the principal stated it was because of an online bullying effort. My kids were not harassed after that point. This is the point in which we brought the Sheriff’s Department and FBI into this matter as well as Mr Harry Lorello, our company Attorney.

All of the agencies were working rather tirelessly to pin down the source and go after him with the full force of the law until mysteriously the website almost seemed abandoned. Whether they were closing in on him or one of his other activities got him placed in the Gulag, I don’t know. But, it would seem that he would know about auto-updates for WordPress (which his site is built on) and could keep cross site scripting disabled with a simple custom plugin.

The subject did make a lot of claims that were plain false. I’ll list some of them here and explain.

HE IS A SEXUAL PREDATOR

Negative. I know what the word “no” means, besides I’ve been rather faithful to my wife for over 16 years and it is she that sometimes misunderstands the word “no” (especially during a pregnancy, but I found pregnant women are a bit vicious in bed). But I’m okay with that because I’m under the firm belief a male can’t be raped by a female, it is physiologically impossible because you don’t get an erection unless you’re turned on or taking too much Viagra or have morning wood. Other than that a simple criminal records search for me shows that this is not the case. In fact I just moved to a neighborhood that requires a rather extensive criminal background check (Princeton, NC) before you move here, and guess what? Clean! Besides, I imagine that if I ever became that much embroiled with the law, the NSA would be very unhappy being someone that was exposed to some of this nation’s most sensitive secrets for 4 years.

HE RAPED HIS SON

That’s just retarded. Firstly I don’t swing that way, and secondly I don’t swing that way. I literally have performance issues looking at my own penis during sex. There is no way I could be aroused by another penis, much less my own son’s. Physically, and this can be tested, this is impossible.

HIS COMPANY IS RUN ENTIRELY FROM HIS HOME

Actually – true! But it is misleading because with the claim he said that I was the only employee. A simple search on the secretary of state’s website for my LLC shows that there are 2 managers for the company. Yes, it is true that everyone telecommutes, but there is most certainly more than one employee.

This is actually my work-from-home office space (even though we now have a real office), currently. I wanted to put this here because I think it may help the effect when we get to the “poor” bit below.

I dare someone to find a more squared away home-office area.

I’m not sure if it is visible, but that’s 2 1080 Classifieds by NVidia in that box there with the very expensive EVGA super-bridge.

HE STEALS HIS DESIGNS AND COMMITS COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

Liar, liar, pants on fire. The designs we use are all GPLv3. That is considered “public domain”. That means you can never steal it or commit a copyright infringement. However, the statement was made because he claimed we removed the framework owner’s copyrights from the theme.css file. We did not. Even in his own screenshot which was posted on my site shows that the origional copyright information is still very much in tact. Now, it is true that any additional css we add (usually to a file named extended-theme.css) we do not include the origional copyright, but the GPLv3 says that this is entirely a valid and ethical practice.

Of course, another argument was that we sold our customers free themes. This is true, but again misleading as most of our customers already know. We use free frameworks — that is themes that allow for a certain level of customization, usually to the point it makes the website unique, and if not, then that’s most certainly what the customer paid for. One of these customers was Eastern Office Furniture which had a low budget for her website but wanted something functional and on Google. The solution was an existing GPL theme with minimal work to make it her own. That’s what we did. We even customized the header a little and designed her a LOGO in adobe illustrator modeled on the customer sitting at a round table in her office.

It needs to be highlighted and noted at this point that he emailed Wanda, the owner of the Eastern Office Furniture website and told her specifically (from Wanda’s words), “Your website is a free theme, you were ripped off by Michael Wells. What he did was illegal. You should press charges.”

To which she simply replied, “No I wasn’t, I asked him to do that. I guess it is I would should be arrested then if it is really illegal. But I trust my company’s lawyer more than I do a random person on the internet. What is your point? What is your goal with emailing me?”

He never emailed her back but kept his libelous post front-and-center on his website regardless. The point here is to demonstrate that his website was anything but a measure to expose a truth. It had one purpose, and one purpose only – to attack me whether with truth or as big of a lie as could be believed by those whom willingly trust what they read online.

I’m not going to disclose what the customer paid for the website, but I can guarantee you this, you will not find anyone else in this area that will offer the same price or lower for what we did, that’s a fact.

So, in the strictest terms, we do use free themes if that’s what a customer pays for, but a customer knows very well that’s what they’re paying for and they’re given a copy of the origional theme as the GPLv3 mandates.

Regardless of his claims, we are and always have been very “by the book” and very transparent to our customers.

HE IS A FAKE VETERAN (STOLEN VALOR)

This is a heavy charge. For me, personally, besides the kids thing, this is the most severe. But, it was still like water on a ducks back because you would really have a hard time convincing First Sergeant Rovell Berry of this. Both he and I went in together along with a few others to include Michael Adams and even a Foreign National King Gale. I mean, there are 3 people I served with right there who knew me very, very well as well as my wife. You can click and ask and I have many more names. All of those names laughed after reading the website (almost to the point of tears) and came to my defense on social media when others tried to reference that website.

If he is a Stolen Valor, then so am I.
Also, the VA and St Louis would disagree. I wonder why the VA would be paying me Comp Benefits to my bank account every month if this were the case. You know why the VA pays, right? Because you were injured in the line of duty. And they only pay this much when you got a injury that limits your ability to live a full life by 50%.

Also USAA has a copy of my DD214 (contrary to the fake news on Facebook, this is not a firearm, but your “service record in a nutshell“) and addresses me as “Sergeant Wells” when they call, or I call.

But was I in combat? Well, there is only one way to get a scar like this.

You decide what it is.

HE IS A SOCIOPATH/PSYCHOPATH/LIAR

There was a bunch of those, but just to be short about it. If that were the case, I’m sure my wife would know after 16 years of marriage. It’s true, I can embellish a little sometimes, but most of what I say is about 99.9% truth. Usually if I say something false, it is out of ignorance rather than an intentional lie (or I’m trolling).

Sociopath? Oh no. I don’t think so. I have a dog and 4 kids. Find me a sociopath that has creatures he must take care of that offer him absolutely no immediate benefit. What little I know of sociopaths, this is a near impossibility. Also, I’m quite susceptible to the contagious effect of a yawn which Sociopaths aren’t (as it is an act of empathy for it to be contagious).

There is someone else that would disagree with the script kiddy. His name is Shadow.

This was post-hurricane after we were forced to move and buy air mattresses to sleep on. This photo was taken by one of my kids and sent out “family-wide” in a text message.

Psychopath? Maybe. The Army did teach me not to give a fuck, so there may be some merit here. But if I’m a psychopath because of US Army training and deployments, then there are a lot of psychopaths out there that call themselves US Army Veterans (and likely Coprsman Veterans too).

A FAT ****ER

It’s true, in 2016, oh buddy, I was fat, like 372 lbs fat. At the time of him saying this, I was between 260lbs and 280lbs — still fat. But today, I’m now only about 30lbs from my target weight. I’m 228lbs. My target weight is between 180 and 190 lbs. In the US Army, I was 193lbs with only a 7% BFC index. That means I had a 6 pack. In fact a winter coat I bought in January of 2018 that was skin tight can fit 2 of me in it now. A belt I bought 2 tweeks ago with 4 notches is now at it’s last notch. Every pound I drop now seems to drop a notch off my belt (which reminds me, I need to find a new belt).

Who would have known that a water diet would be so effective (that means I’ve cut 100% of soft drinks, juices, and such from my diet and only drink water (filtered) and the occasional power aide for electrolytes).

But, this goes to show how stubborn a vet can be. If I want to drop 100lbs, I’ll do it. If I want to drop 150lbs, I’ll do it.

This was at 198lbs in 2001 and 7% BFC Index.

I think it’s fairly clear that no one should call someone fat. That’s a very, very temporary adjective. I proved it. I even tried to tell the guy at the time, “I’m losing weight”. To which he simply replied, “Yeah, right.”

I guess it is he who looks ignorant now.

Just on a side note. Besides having to buy new clothes, there is a downfall to losing weight. Gaming is painful. Sitting in any chair for longer than an hour or two without the padding I used to have on my ass is quite painful.

NO INCOME/POOR/LIVES IN SQUALOR

I don’t know why, really, but that was one of his claims. I guess he tried to Google Map my house and found a neighbor and thought I lived in a single-wide or something. HA HA! I did try to tell him if he didn’t see a Dodge Durango in the driveway (since been totaled by my wife) that he was on the wrong house. Yep, I’m a Dodge Fanboi.

But how am I doing financially? As it turns out, quite well, actually.

Brand new, bought in November, 2017, a 2018 Dodge Journey that had 21 miles on it at the time of purchase, 4×4, V6, passive entry, push-button start, blackout edition, UConnect, Front & Mid-Row entertainment, GPS, android powered computer, under-floor cubbies, 120v outlets in the rear, tow package, etc. The only thing it doesn’t have because my wife said “no”, was leather/heated seats. That’s a $40,000 vehicle after taxes. I have an image floating around somewhere of the odometer reading when we bought it. I can’t find it right off, my apologies for that.

See the fat segment above to see some of the interior of this new toy of mine. Anyone that knows anything about financing knows that a vehicle of that price tag can’t be financed by someone barely making ends meet, by law. Payments, obviously greater than $600 for 5 years, has to be less than 20% of your income, by law and can’t be more than 30% of your “free income” (ie, spending money after bills and taxes).

THE SUMMARY

My question was always, why? It’s a simple question that has a lot of questions attached to it. Why target me? What did I do? But ultimately, why would anyone believe an anonymous guy that is hell bent on keeping his own identity secret?

Maybe now anyone reading this can see the level of lies this Doxxer posted. In reality, a Doxxer is supposed to expose a bad person who is masquerading as someone important online or to expose the identity of someone. In reality, he exposed very little of my identity that wasn’t already publicly available. My address was on my website, so was my phone number. The fact I had 4 kids was also public information and my political beliefs were very much public on this website as well.

You can also now see that he wasn’t much of a security expert either. By means of his own website being shut down because of a vulnerability by his provider is enough to convince anyone with a 2 year education that he most certainly has no clue about website security.

But what did I learn from this? I learned a lot. The first thing I learned was that law enforcement is slower than the military — and that’s saying something. I also learned that no matter how secure or invulnerable you think you are, some asshat can prove you wrong. That, I think made my company even more resilient. We did lose customers, mostly new ones such as Dynamic Property Services and Wayne Country Day School (the only 2 lost) but after we gained almost 38 new clients. Those that had been with our company for any length of time already knew the nature of the website, the person contacting them, and the attacks on me personally were entirely false in nature. They knew I was a veteran, they knew I had 4 very happy kids, and they knew many other details I won’t share here.

These customers are champs. They stuck by us during some of our roughest times and I can’t thank them enough for that.

Today, we do have a office. We also have our own infrastructure (2 fiber 10gbps connections) and a ISP that filters traffic up-stream thanks to the repeal of Net Neutrality. We are also still using a data scrubbing center to filter traffic as well as an added layer of security as well as VPN’s for our office computers. All-in-all we have taken every possible measure we know of to prevent this crisis from ever happening again.

We have even gone through the lengths of creating website and server firewall softwares that actively blocks and stops attacks against our websites and every one of our customers websites as well. To-Date, not a single website has been compromised due to any fault of our own. We have had a random email account that has been compromised (customer’s) because of a weak password. But that was quickly rectified and secured once we changed our password policy and told our customers they had to be accountable for weak passwords on our networks.

The product of this one person, that friendly neighborhood script kiddy is that we, as a company, have become stronger than ever, more customers than ever, more publicity (free) than ever, and in general, more secure than ever.

I guess the guy really believed what he posted, somehow that I wasn’t a United States Army Veteran that lives and believes the adage, “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.”

You simply can’t take down a military veteran. If we graduated Basic Training/Bootcamp/etc then you can best bet your last dollar on one thing: We’re stubborn as hell.

I guess the golden question really is, how successful was the neighborhood script kiddy at making me loose sleep? As it turns out, an abysmal failure.

Just to address some minor things before someone decides to seize the moment. It is true, I live in a modest house now and I did when this all went down. In my opinion, home is what you make of it. As long as it is structurally sound, anything more than what you need is just showing off. I have no reason to show off to anyone. You can’t take your house or money to the grave with you so what does showing off matter if you are already living comfortably? Someone that has to live in the biggest house possible sounds like a real sociopath or psychopath with that hallmark attribute of having to inflate their self-importance.

Second, I do buy new vehicles. I don’t want to have to worry about a vehicle breaking down. I love warranties, so if it does break down, I can call USAA to come pick me up and take me to the rental place, and I can call Dodge to come pick up their shit to fix it. For you anti-Dodge people, go suck eggs. That Durango I was speaking of was totaled by my wife (not her fault), of the 3 vehicles in the 3 vehicle pile-up that Durango was the only one of them that was recognizable, it was also sandwiched and my wife was the only party that didn’t need to visit the hospital. As far as I’m concerned, Dodge has earned my business for life, and rightfully so.

I would like to thank you ahead of time for reading this rather long wall of text. Since I first posted it, many people have struck conversation with me on Facebook and other media. This is likely one of the most important documents I’ve ever written. This document isn’t some piece put out there to spread an ideology, it is to set the record straight. When lies are perpetrated to forward a political agenda based on a false narrative, you can almost always count on the fact that the agenda isn’t a good one. In order to combat an evil agenda, we have to remove the medium — the lie. And you do that, by telling the truth about our constitution and Second Amendment.

I have sat down with people on the left and right and had discussions about our constitution. No matter what you might think, every word of our constitution carries significant meaning. But it is not only the words you should look toward, sometimes further meaning can be found when you understand the context.

Just like “Black Lives Matter” can be seen as taken out of context, the constitution is no exception. Allow me to preface this with the actual text of the second amendment:

“A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

I’ll admit, I typed that from memory having learned the entire constitution up to the 10th amendment, so it may contain reasonable human error.

But I will not bore you any more with intrigue and get right to the point. Some people are arguing that the second amendment grants only militias the right to keep and bear arms. Others will argue that the constitution only grants the right for people to carry hunting rifles. And then, there are others that believes that the second amendment gives EVERY law abiding citizen the right to keep and bear arms. Admittedly, the latter is closer to the truth, but still not even close.

Actually, they are all quite false. In fact, it is an outright lie perpetuated by some very sinister people that I will talk about later in this post.

To understand the lie you have to understand politics of the late 1700’s. We have to start by learning that big names which signed our Declaration of Independence and ratified the Articles of Confederation BOYCOTTED the ratification of the Constitution in favor of keeping the Articles of Confederation place. Some of these names include, John Hancock, Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin – just to name a small fraction.

Surprised? Don’t be. John Hancock said specifically:

“I smell a rat in Philadelphia, tending toward the monarchy.”

Woah! Being as they just fought off that very monarchy, that’s a really powerful accusation. Would you not agree?

But what did Thomas Jefferson have to say?

Thomas Jefferson called the Constitutional Convention an, “assembly of demigods.”

Why were these framers so passionately against our Constitution? You must understand that at this very moment in our nations history, nothing, and I mean nothing, limited the power of government over there people. For many of our framers that just clawed their way from underneath the boot of a tyranny, they were terrified and rightfully so.

But you say, “If that’s the case, why are some of their signatures on the ratification?”

Good question. You see, the delegation knew they couldn’t ratify this document without at least some of the support of the origional framers and therefor they asked some of our framers, “What is it you would like to see changed?”

James Madison, influenced by both Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin responded by submitting the Bill of Rights. Only after it was added to the constitution was the new Constitution ratified. Allow me to say that again because people are under the popular belief that the bill of rights were amendments add AFTER ratification — NO! The Constitution was ratified WITH the Bill of Rights INCLUDED. That makes these first ten amendments the “Amendments in Stone”. You can no more repeal these amendments as you could repeal article 1, article 2, article 3, article 4 or article 5.

But my point lies inside of those amendments — or more specifically, what they do. Take the First Amendment for example, it starts with, “Congress shall make no law-”

But I’ll not take that out of context and give you the entire amendment:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Again, nothing here says we can do anything. It only tells us what congress cannot do. Telling Congress what they cannot do is not a right, that is a limitation. Strange, right? I mean, it’s called the “Bill of Rights”, yet it doesn’t really say “The people have the right to free speech.”

Nope, no such statement exists anywhere in the first ten amendments. But to understand why, the smoking gun (no pun intended) lies within the second amendment.

” – the right of the people to keep and bear arms – “

Notice something odd about that? It does not say anyone has been granted a right — no. It says, very specifically, that the right already exists. And, it does already exist. The right to keep and bear arms is considered an inalienable right, a right bestowed by our creator at birth. But where is this right talked about, specifically, if anywhere?

It is in our declaration of independence where our framers spoke of three inalienable rights. The right to life. The right to liberty. And the right to pursue happiness. You might ask, those rights didn’t include any rights from the Bill of Rights. You would be horribly mistaken.

Now, lets go ahead and demystify a few rumors of what that might mean. The statement does not say that you cannot be killed, obviously there is nothing the founders could do to prevent death. Nor does not say that government cannot take your rights away. It most certainly does not say or suggest that you will be happy under the government. It simply declares that these rights are bestowed upon you by your creator. But they knew that a government could take these rights away.

Therefor, the right to keep and bear arms was as much as an understood right as procreating with your significant other. In fact, any tool necessary to secure any of the three rights were seen as inclusive and intrinsically bound to the three inalienable rights. If you cannot speak freely, then you lack liberty. If the government intrudes upon your privacy, then you lack liberty. If you cannot defend your liberty, then you lose liberty. Nothing says it is the government’s job to protect your liberty, likewise it is very clear that it is OUR responsibility to protect our liberty. Each of the first five amendments are safeguards to protect an already existing and bound inalienable right that must exist to protect the three named inalienable rights. This is why the first ten amendments do not grant you a right at all, they already existed before the constitution was written. The bill of rights only exists to limit the government’s power to infringe upon the inalienable rights that is your sovereign birthright.

So, if the government were to erase the first amendment, there would be tyranny — the antithesis of liberty. If they erased the third amendment, there would be tyranny — the antithesis of liberty. If they erased the fourth or fifth amendments, allowing the unjustified seizure of property and forcing you to testify against yourself, there would be tyranny — the antithesis of liberty. And, alas, if you have no way to secure your liberty by keeping those at bey that have the power to remove it — there is tyranny. The Bill of Rights have never given us a single right because they ALL have ALWAYS been inalienable — not granted to us by any document but bestowed by God, himself.

So, when I hear that the second amendment only gives militias the right to bear arms — the willful ignorance infuriates me, especially as a United States Army Veteran. None of the amendments grant rights — it simply limits the government’s power to take an existing right away.

To better understand what it is the second amendment limits, it is wise to know what the Webster Comma is. The comma can serve two purposes: to articulate a breath, and to divide a sentence into multiple statements. Well, our framers wrote the constitution with a quill, which took longer than a few hours to write (weeks, actually). Being as articulate commas are ‘optional’ it is only logical to suppose that the commas are for division. So lets break this down into two easily digestible chunks.

We will start the first chunk of two statements called the “cause for action” — this means that the statements suggest the necessity for the amendment. Finding words like “necessary” within the statement itself will absolutely prove my statement is true. So lets start.

“A well-regulated militia, being NECESSARY to the security of a free state, -“

And there is the word I was looking for. Before we examine this, lets construct a similar statement using the exact grammar:

“The stadium lights, being necessary to see, -“

As you can see, the stadium lights, being the subject for the cause for action, you can identify the actual cause with the word necessary. Then after, in the third segment you can see what I did, which is called the caused action. But I want to point out one quite remarkable observation. This statement does not limit the necessity to see just to stadium lights, it simply describes the tools readily available. Suppose the sun was up, are the stadium lights still necessary to see? No.

What does the cause for action then mean, exactly? Well, I could tell you what it is by describing the meaning, but I don’t want you merely learning my interpretations. To avoid sloppy a interpretation, lets examine the text of someone that influenced the Bill of Rights.

“When a people fear the government, there is tyranny. But when a government fears the people, there is liberty.”
~ Benjamin Franklin

There is that word again from the Declaration of Independence, Liberty — as in the inalienable right. But what does that mean, exactly? Mr Franklin seems to be suggesting that we need something in our possession to make the government fear us in order to maintain our liberty and avoid a tyrannical government

But what did did the other that influenced the Bill of Rights have to say? Let’s examine the words of Thomas Jefferson:

“Sometimes the tree of liberty must be wet from time to time by the blood of patriots and tyrants.”

Well, there is that word again. Liberty — that inalienable right seems to be just popping up all over the place! But what does that mean, exactly? Well, the Tree of Liberty is obviously a metaphor. I know some people are laughing and asking themselves, “Mike, you really have to explain that?”

I reply, “Yes. Yes I do, because some people just don’t get it.”

But it is a metaphor which represents the foundations that our framers have laid for us to ensure that we remain a free nation — free from tyranny. So what is this blood stuff he speaks up? I’ll admit, that’s a little gory. Well, he’s not talking about our Army dying, that’s called soldiers. Even in Jefferson’s time, they called their standing armies, soldiers — not patriots. The term patriot was reserved for a normal citizen that had responded to his national sense of duty by taking up arms to combat tyranny and to defend liberty. So what he is saying here: In order to ensure the Tree of Liberty survives, normal people who take up arms against tyrants will have to die. Surely he didn’t mean for them to die with bows and arrows while the offending armies carried muskets and cannons.

It is true, you can argue that this means a threat from abroad, but someone else makes things a little clearer, the actual author of the Bill of Rights, James Madison:

“What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms.”

And now we have a crystal clear painting of what the cause for action is, it is to take up arms against our OWN government. So now you can walk away from this little educational piece with full understanding to what “free state” means. But what about the militia? Does the militia clause mean that the Second Amendment only protects the militia’s right to keep and bear arms? Let’s find out.

Thomas Jefferson gives us a hint to what the clause defines as a militia by first of all letting us know that we already had a standing army at the time and secondly, telling us who it was that owned firearms when he writes a letter to Giovanni Fabbroni on June 8, 1778:

“This difference is ascribed to our superiority in taking aim when we fire; every soldier in our army having been intimate with his gun from his infancy.”

That’s a strange term for a militia — Infancy. Obviously we’ve never had infants in our militias, so what in the hell is he talking about?

George Madison tells us exactly what he is talking about in his address to congress:

“I ask who are the militia? They consist now of the whole people, except a few public officers.”

Now that’s a very direct and clear statement. The whole people seems to suggest he’s not talking about militias, an army, or government officials, but instead, everyone NOT of the government. That seems to suggest that ‘militia’ doesn’t even mean ‘militia’ any more. That happened when he carefully crafted his speech to include the word “now” suggesting the present definition carries a different meaning than a previous definition. But why? Likely because a standing army had just been hired. But what, if anything, can lend further evidence that the term, ‘militia’ had changed to mean the whole people? Well, we need to know what was going through our framer’s heads at the time of the writing of the second amendment and the hiring of our standing army. And for that, we need look no further than the famed Federalist Papers.

“If circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little, if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow-citizens. This appears to me the only substitute that can be devised for a standing army, and the best possible security against it, if it should exist.”
– Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 28, January 10, 1788

This is the words of Alexander Hamilton, the legal father of our United States Army stating that we should NOT form a standing army unless every citizen has the power to keep that Army in check. That is exactly what he just said:

“This appears to me the only substitute that can be devised for a standing army, and the best possible security against it, if it should exist.”

So, how does a people keep a military in check? Hmmm… Let me take a stab in the dark. A well-regulated militia — is me. A well-regulated militia is you. It is every citizen in this country who understands and respects the constitution and would use firearms for good, keeping our government at bey.

Alas, I’ve saved the best for last, though. Nothing tells us more what the second amendment actually does than the second part where all glorious details are revealed to us in splendid clarity and without any need for explanation. Now that you know what the cause for action is, let’s now examine the caused action.

“the RIGHT of THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.”

Take note, once again this amendment refers to a right as if it already exists and merely limits the government’s power by saying, “shall not be infringed.”

Let’s summarize with a simple few statements. Our founding fathers were absolutely terrified that our government would become a tyranny. The evidence is everywhere in our constitution, it is on every document they wrote (it seems). So what was their answer? The second amendment was the answer. It is the final check to our system of checks and balances. It is entirely possible that our second amendment has prevented such tyranny that our founding fathers feared, by means of threat alone, for over two hundred years. And we have idiots that want to see it disappear. It is hard for me to imagine why.

So, I submit, a question. What part of the second amendment is it the politicians all fail to understand? What part of the second amendment is it the media fails to understand? It doesn’t really matter.

No matter what happens, no matter what plans our politicians or media puts into action, no matter what great threat befalls our nation and legal system; every law abiding citizen of this nation has the right to keep and bear arms and that shall not be infringed. I’m not talking about muskets and pistols I’m talking about the kind that keeps our government in check. It is very true that our government can remove that right, but any such removal would be only superficial and temporary until the next revolution, which would likely follow as swift as the last when the first shots of the American Revolution was fired at the Old North Bridge when the crown tried to confiscate the colonists’ firearms.

Oh, you thought it was started over a three-cent tea tax? Wrong again. Of course that pissed a few people off, but no shots were fired until the British Soldiers told the colonists to disarm. Imagine what would happen today with the statistics saying there are ten firearms per American. It would be the biggest war in World History. That’s enough fire-power, that if focused on one single point, would equate to energy release of nineteen atomic bombs. The part the scares me is the uncertainty that these new patriots will know where to draw the line. Will they simply overthrow the government, or will they go after all the political dissidents who supported and made it happen like we did in Germany? It wasn’t until Eisenhower saw what was going on did he stop our troops from torturing and executing Germans for their transgressions. I fear what could happen to our far left without the leadership of someone like Eisenhower.

While our politicians and media colludes with each other to peel back our rights like the layers of an onion, by trying to convince the masses they are not safe while guns exist, one singular statement gives me solace. It is a simple Latin statement written by Thomas Jefferson that almost seems like a cry through time itself to to tell us very specifically that our freedom is worth the risk of death itself.

“Malo periculosam, libertatem quam quietam servitutem”, he said.

Which translates to:

“I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.”

I agree, or I would not be a US Army Veteran.

Remember these facts the next time the media, a politician, or a political parrot finger-wags that you shouldn’t need a military-grade weapon or tries to convince you that those kinds of weapons are solely reserved for government entities. Remember what James Madison, the author of the Second Amendment said about reminding our rulers of our intent to resist THEM, so shall we have guns!

And for the love of God, the next time you hear a hand-full of children or adults have been killed in a mass shooting, God forbid — stop and ask yourself how many survived that very mass shooting because of a GUN in the right hands. But most importantly ask yourself why it is that no one ever speaks about the massive amounts of children and adults that guns save. Go on, ask the question unless you’re too afraid. You might discover the narratives are constructs to deceive the masses and affect a sinister plan of action which end-goals includes turning every man, woman, and child into the unfathomable: livestock.

Those that want to to remove firearms don’t merely have an eraser on the second amendment. It’s on ALL of the amendments.

The same people that are after the second amendment are the ones that use Political Correctness to control your speech. They use words like “homophobia” and “Islamophobia” to control your religious beliefs. They use words like “hate” to insure you include them in every facet of your life. They use terrorism as an excuse to spy on your phone calls with warrants from secret courts where your interests aren’t represented. And, they use the IRS to stop your petitions of grievances.

These people aren’t just poised to strike at the second amendment. They want control! In order to make us livestock, they must have control. And the only thing that sits between them and what they want is the Bill of Rights. And what stands between them and the Bill of Rights? The second amendment. Your ability to fight back is what keeps control in WE, THE PEOPLE’s hands. A wolf isn’t very scary without his teeth, is he? It is black or white: if our government does not fear us, then we fear our government and according to Benjamin Franklin, THAT SPELLS TYRANNY.

I have argued these points before with those that are politically galvanized against the ownership and carrying of military weapons. I’ve heard every argument fathomable and I’ve defeated every one, and as I do the argument then begins to devolve into arguing from fallacies. Just to name a few:

1) The Second Amendment means Muskets and Cannons, not assault weapons.
– My response is to demonstrate the insanity of their logic: Then the First Amendment only means quill, parchment, and Christianity, not cell phones, television, and Atheism.

2) The Second Amendment is antiquated because it allows for death on a massive scale.
– My response demonstrates that the legislation can’t even compare with some other legislation that is directly responsible for death on massive scales: Does that mean Roe v Wade is also antiquated because that decision has taken more life from his Earth than all modern wars, combined.
– If it is really life that you want to protect, then my argument cannot be ignored and must be taken seriously. But it seldom is, because the wordsmiths of the narratives being parroted to me do not care about life or death.

3) We only want better gun control, a restriction of age, or a restriction of mental condition, or —
– Oh yeah, that list keeps going on and on, but my reply again simply shows the insanity of their argument: And I only want better controls on the first amendment so you can’t trash the second.
– To which they always reply, “But that violates my right to free speech.”
– To which I reply, “Amazing how it does that, right?”

Almost always the argument ends on one final argument:

THE CONSTITUTION IS AN OLD, ANTIQUATED DOCUMENT THAT DOES NOT APPLY TO OUR DAY AND AGE.

I give you, the lie and this is where my point really begins.

To those people I have debated, they have been mere parrots, they did not know why they thought the constitution was antiquated but that was their narrative non-the-less. Just like I started by showing you who influenced the Bill of Rights, we need to go back to those who influenced those I debated. We’re led to the Political Left Elite, and at the very top is Hillary Clinton, Obama, and Senator Warren. In fact, I can cite on several accounts where they have all stated that our constitution gets in the way of progress — but I believe this is common knowledge.

What progress does the constitution interfere with? Equality? A better life? More Liberty (I might tend to agree with this one — if we trimmed back regulation), or the opportunity for happiness?

None, as it turns out. To understand that, you have to understand what their version of progress means. As it turns out, they want to limit your rights to free speech. Why? So you can’t exclude them in any way, so you can’t speak out against them in any way and if you do, you are evil, bigoted, racist, which they want made — illegal –.

There is a reason why bigotry and racism isn’t illegal, and it’s not because it’s wrong — it is, but it is simply that the author gets to write the definition. Anyone can be accused of racism, a white male that walks through a dark night club that steps on a black woman’s foot can be called both racist and sexist, and the left would have it that the white male be arrested and jailed for stepping on the foot of someone he couldn’t even see.

Now, that’s racism and sexism. To hold any person to a different standard because of their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or ethnicity is bigotry, plain and simple, and when a white male is treated differently in a society because of perceived ‘white privilege’ or ‘male privilege’, there truly is a systemic problem in America. I’m a white male with Cuban heritage, I’ve never seen this ‘privilege’. I grew up in lower-middle class America on a farm where my father was a mechanic, and my mother was a programmer. We didn’t have better access to education or anything else. If anything, we had less access to help when my parents needed it because were white.

For college, I enlisted into the United States Army and used the discounts colleges provided for that along with the Montgomery GI Bill which is available to all people of the military regardless of race, gender – etc. In fact of the 1.2 million service members, which is a significant portion of America, we ALL had equal access to everything.

But that gave me privilege, right? Veteran status is something that really helps with getting jobs, right?

Wrong. When I first got out of the US Army, I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why I could never hold a job for longer than three months. I worked at Inttek – 3 months. Then Execom – 3 months. TradeMark Media Group – 3 months. And a few other places all lasting three months. Why? Was I flawed? Did I go psycho batshit crazy on them at precisely the 3-month mark with over 9 different employers? No. I didn’t know it at the time, but the government does ‘try’ to help veterans. What they do is offer a huge tax credit to business that hire veterans for at least THREE MONTHS. After the three month mark, the tax credit is no longer beneficial.

So, what really happens is these little software firms sit you down while the government gives them $20,000 and they give you $10,000 and they have you create software that is then the company’s property, which usually completes at the 2-3 month mark. They get free software and money, you hunt for a new job. You get the point.

I decided to open my own business, because working for others was obviously not working. Starting with just $200.00 for the formation paperwork which I filled myself, and depositing $50.00 into a business bank account, I have built a small business that has made my life quite comfortable.

I have never experienced white privilege in my entire life nor has any of the 3/4 of the 1.2 million US Armed Forces members. But I fixed it myself. I took a huge risk. I took almost an entire paycheck and instead of buying decent food for my wife and four kids, I paid government fees to start a business. For the next three weeks, my family lived on Top Ramen — I became sick of it. But little did I know, I tapped into a market that was undeserved at the time. Within my first three months, I had 270 subscribers paying between $200 and $700 per year. The next few months I had over 750 subscribers, and by the end of the year, I had over 2,000 subscribers, 4 full-time employees, and 2 contractors. I started with $250.00 and an upset stomach and wife for 3 weeks.

That is the American Dream. To understand what the really means you have to understand that America is the only country that gives you a sheet of paper defined by our laws, and a pen of opportunity where you can write the pages of YOU. If you are lazy then you write no words and the page remains blank or half-asses. If you are hard working, willing to take some risks, it can be a masterpiece. Essentially, the american dream is EARNED, only the opportunity, the PURSUIT thereof is a right — or the right to pursue happiness. You have no right to ‘take’ it or have the government ‘take’ it from someone else. But regulations constantly trim the edges of that paper making it smaller over time, and social movements constantly remove ink from that pen and erase entire segments of what you have written.

“You didn’t build that, someone else made that happen.”
~ Barrack Obama

“Your workers were educated by the schools that our tax dollars built. Your factories are safe from the police that our tax dollars pay. Your trucks travel down the roads that our tax dollars pay for.”
~ Elizabeth Warren

Is that really true? As it turns out, I pay about $22,000 more taxes than most Americans, which is about 212% higher than what the average american pays. Do my kids get 212% more education? Do the police arrive at my office 212% faster? Do my cars get to travel 212% faster on the roads? Of course not. In fact, if it weren’t for me and many other small business owners that pay MORE into taxes, these public services could not exist today.

That is what progress wants to stop, the American Dream. Today, children aren’t taught the most important lesson of life — defeat. Without knowing defeat, you can’t hope to win. To fully know what is available to you, you must understand the bottom and the top. But that is not what our children are taught. Every child is handed trophies by merely participating. The trophies aren’t smaller, they aren’t less shiny, and they bare similar significance. Oddly enough, everyone still receives a personal grade. But imagine for a moment that wasn’t the case and you are in high-school again and your teacher runs an experiment.

“Share the wealth”
~ Barrack Obama

For the remainder of the year, all individual scores are to be averaged by the class in effort for everyone to share that grade. What would happen? I would show up and do my best, would you? Some of you would, some of you would be like, “Yes! I can sleep in class and still get a high grade!”

You’re actually not wrong, at least for a while. After the first semester everyone gets their report card and everyone gets a B! Well, for some of us, that’s great, but what about those who tried extra hard for an A and should have earned that A? They don’t matter, right? They do. Because now that they understand they can no longer earn an A, they now think to themselves, “What’s the use?” So they begin to sleep in class. The next semester returns the scores and it is a C! Still, it’s not too bad of a grade, everyone is still passing, but what about those who were trying for a B? Now they too have joined the sleeping crowd. The next semester, the class average is an F and everyone fails.

What lessons can we draw from this thought experiment, if any? Well, let’s supposed those scores are money which represents a nation’s GDP. If the average must be a B to pay the interest on our debt, what happens when we fall to a C? The system in which I just described is called socialism which people generally confused with communism but with good reason. Because, what happens next, IS communism.

So that the teacher won’t be fired, the teacher has to do something, quick. There are only two options: Be fired or FORCE the children to do their work by means of harsh punishments. Just like a school of children, that is what would befall our nation. Our leaders would have to force the A’s and B’s to work which Francis Tocqueville said in his book, “Democracy in America”, forced labor produces poor results. This forced labor for a shared average is communism and communism is a tyranny.

Progress, as it would seem is not progress at all. It is merely the name of a path that loops back upon itself to a distant past that many across the world are still trying to escape from in places like China and Russia. The name, ‘progress’, is deceitful. It is but part of many lies, such as Social Justice, which isn’t justice at all, nor is it social, it is merely a means of limiting one’s thought and speech. Just like “gun control” — nothing that has been submitted seeks to control guns — it limits a people’s right to have them. Perhaps it is a great idea that the constitution stands in the way of these ‘lies’.

The political parrots that chirp the comments of progress today are perpetuating these lies – but in their defense, the culmination of these lies is a really good master lie that would make Hitler proud.

“If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.”
~ Barrack Obama

And it is difficult to stop lying, once you have started.

In this document, you should have learned a few truths:

1) The primary articles of our Constitution did not serve to limit the power of government.

2) The Bill of Rights balanced the primary articles by not by granting rights, but protecting them.

3) The rights that we enjoy today are endowed by our creators, not our government.

4) The Second Amendment isn’t for mere home defense or hunting, it is the final check to our Checks and Balances. To allow the government remove it would be the same as removing the supreme court, or congress, or both.

5) Last, but certainly not least you should more than anything else take away from this document that progressive isn’t progressive by any stretch of the American imagination nor is it amiable to the basic inalienable rights. The only progress it serves is to erase the inalienable right to liberty by the systematic removal or nullification of the Bill of Rights. This is the great lie that has been fed to America. People were tricked into thinking they have been moving forward, when in reality, they have been observing ‘progress’ through a mirror and moving backward, the mirror being the fallacies and lies used to construct the lie.

If you believe this wall of text can help get the word out to educate a friend, relative, or acquaintance, I would love if you shared it. My purpose is to set the record straight, so the more people we can educate through sharing, the better.

From this information, you and anyone else that has read it should be able to read the second amendment and know that this statement is the modern equivalent in simple English:

Being an armed population is necessary to maintain a nation of liberty, every citizen’s inalienable right to keep and bear military arms shall not be diminished by legislation, executive order, or by legislating from the bench.

After all, this is the ONLY amendment that cries out to our government and says, “DO NOT TOUCH ME”.

And now, you know why. Our forefathers saw how England stripped them of their rights and they knew, eventually it would happen again – and it is happening. Our second amendment has already been thoroughly molested.

President Reagan once said:

“Ours, is the only nation on Earth whose national anthem ends with a question. It is every generation’s responsibility to answer that question.”

Are we the land of the free? Are we the home of the brave? It is time for an answer. What say you?

https://www.thepcmr.com/2017/04/17/dual-universe-a-fanboys-paradox/#comment-146

After reading that home-dinger all I could think was, “WOW”. I didn’t react that way because of the betrayal, for the thanklessness, or from surprise, but from the sheer accusations without ever whispering a word to me about it. First of all, I already contacted Evanto about this, I was told very specifically, “We are not allowed to share PII [personally identifiable information] with any third parties”, which means they could not surrender or relinquish any records to you on that purchase as the software is GPL and there is no website it is bound to. It was made extremely clear to me by a representative of Evanto that if this conversation would have actually happened as Mr Matt Ince claims it did, he would have received but one reply, “We are not allowed to disclose personal or purchase information without the consent of the customer”.

Chip had not purchased the theme, he had stolen it.

Then perhaps you should explain this:

As you can see from the image, GameLeon (the theme I used on your website) is most certainly in my “downloads”. You can also see the purchases in my downloads that I also made which GameLeon required. If your software was indeed out of date, then it was because I didn’t have access to it when you moved your website. The only way in which you can update the theme is with my Evanto API, which I don’t give out freely.

I found out about something called a nulled package. In wordpress this basically means a cracked version of a theme or plugin.

GPL means “General Public License” which means it can never be closed source, which means it never requires a nullification.

Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for them if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it if you want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it in new free programs, and that you know you can do these things.

https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.en.html

As you can see, GPL software requires the source code be distributed with the software itself, which means there is never any need for nulling the software.

Your website was also getting “artificial traffic” which our servers stop by default. I showed you the statistics when you asked for them, you saw there were nearly 22K bot hits per day on thepcmr.com, of those bots, only about 2K of those were legitimate bots (like Google, Bing, Metacrawler, Yahoo, etc).

But something screams bullshit here. In your post you claim:

After 48 hours [snip]

I told you very well your website, thepcmr.com was taking a while to load because we were experiencing DDOS attacks. You moved your website which is understandable, however even while during this mess you kept emailing me wanting me to set up your website on another server. You then ditched the theme I had BOUGHT and then asked me to setup Revslider for that theme.

Of course, that image was you trying to get Revslider working while the site was being DDOSed. But this one was after the move:

Again, why would you ask for my help AFTER?

You had already identified the problem in your own email to why your site was loading slowly on the other server. Half of it was because Revslider was out of date, and the other half was because Revslider was trying to pull images from the temporary URL string before we moved the site. I hadn’t had time to tell you this before you switched themes. In case you’re wondering, I do also own Revslider, but a single license, but because it too is GPL, it comes with just about every theme pre-installed as an included plugin.

It is also true, I can install this software on as many sites as I want — I can never charge for this software, however, I can charge for the distribution. The Evanto license you see there, “Regular License” is the update service for the plugin. That means I can have one website that auto-updates with revslider which I already have. All the rest I have to manually download the plugin and update via FTP. You see, Evanto isn’t charging for the plugin — they’re charging for its distribution.

Your website’s performance had many different factors affecting it. At first, I told you very specifically about the bad bots, and for a few weeks that was very true. Then the DDOS’s started, I told you the server was being DDOSed and you did a speed test, you then jumped to the conclusion that the server had always been slow even though I showed you the yslow report with 0.3s response times from US-to-US server. You had already said that having your website on a US server and being slightly slower was no problem with you, so that’s why we went with one of my servers.

The problem with your assertion that your traffic went DOWN right after the move is JetPack. JetPack is a sponsored WordPress Plugin that does “real user monitoring”. It’s still on your website, you can see where we talked about Jetpack on your website, before you moved — it is still there.

Actually, this website is connected with JetPack I just realized as I dug through trying to find if there was anyone who deleted the comment. – April 17

When I installed it before you moved, you averaged 18 real people per day who spent an average time of two minutes on your website; at the peek you got 21 per day, but that average was 30 seconds. After your new website and after the move, you got, the very next day 29 real people, the next day at 52 real people, the next day at 217 real people, and it went up from there. Jetpack does NOT include bots and malformed user agents as part of their statistical analysis. The average time people were spending on your site rose from 2 minutes to fifteen!

Again, yes, when the DDOS happened, it threw a monkey wrench in everything, but only temporarily. From the other sites I host, including law firms, churches, stores, and a senator, their traffic went from sharp declines for about four days to being right as they were before everything happened. If you had stuck with us just a few more days, you would have seen the server’s responsiveness went back down to less than 0.1 seconds, I would have been able to completely mitigate your hacks, and I would have been able to update your theme. If I were as “destructive” as you say, I would not have given access to the files of the website, nor the database, and told you to find another website. But that’s not what I’m about — I have never been. Whatever this narrative you’ve bought into that you seem to be parroting is a lie, and I think you know it is which is why I am accusing you of libel.

You forget, that I also have a copy of that website before you moved, and I uploaded EVERYTHING, including the LICENSE.txt and README.txt which both tells you it is GPL software exactly as it does when you download it from Evanto’s websites (ThemeForest etc). You also forget that I had file monitoring turned on, I saw the user, file executed, time, date, etc of how the phishing stuff got put on your website, it was from YOUR account, as I said in an email to you, it was because your password was a DICTIONARY word and very easy to brute force, and after you told me to turn the brute force protection off (the Captchas). They used your “unrestricted admin privileges” to upload a HTML file that had all sorts of javascript loading resources from other websites. I’m sorry but I can only recommend what the site needed, you chose to forgo a few things I had suggested to you, one being the Captcha and of course, I can’t be held responsible for your password when WordPress pretty much screams at you that it is too weak. And if you would have clicked on “All-in-One WordPress Security” which is a plugin that I contribute to on WordPress.org, you would have seen the big bold warning there that your account was insecure as it found your password’s salt in an online database decrypted.

It STILL takes your page at thepcmr.com with those damned images more than 10 seconds to load.

But that’s not just your images anymore, it is because you have a server that is far worse. Let me show you again with the relevant metrics highlighted:

Your page load at thepcmr.com is over 10 seconds, you have a lot of requests and your page size is in the 1mb range. Oddly, my site is the same.

However, I have none of the issues you have. In fact, my page size is bigger, my requests are more, yet my server responds nearly 3 seconds faster, and loads the page in only 1/3 of the time. The slowdowns you experienced on your server after you moved, is because it is a shitty server because as I just proved it is still a shit sever today.

Here is the odd thing, there was nothing in it for him

You’re right: Absolutely nothing, and I spent over $170 USD out of pocket on thepcmr.com. How much have you spent on thepcmr.com I wonder? Yet, your entire post throws accusations of malice where I had none and in fact, I did nothing but try and help the entire time until the DDOS’s started which was from one of your users/commenters on your website called Dark. I’ve had no motive to do the things you say I did to your site, in fact, I can/have proved I did not.

Allow me to take a guess at how this actually went down though. I know, it’s a guess but I think I’m spot on. Mr Matt Ince is contacted by some random steam user about the same time my network comes under attack. He says that his website thepcmr.com is vulnerable. He then compromises thepcmr.com and igr.me (which he did through your own account by brute forcing your username with dictionary passwords for which I couldn’t defend because you didn’t want a CAPTCHA on the login page which would have prevented this) and tells Matt Ince that thepcmr.com is now compromised while not telling Matt he did it and then says, “I told you it would happen”.

He then convinces Matt Ince that the software used on the website is NULLED, playing on his ignorance of GPL software much like he did on his own site when we customized a GPL theme for a client and then telling people including the client (who asked us to do this) we had “stolen” the theme (you can’t steal GPL software, as the keyword “PUBLIC” in General Public License negates that) and he then convinces Matt Ince to move thepcmr.com to another hosting provider, change his domain name (so he can steal it) which already had SEO reputation which could have been fixed, and becomes an admin on your website. I imagine that ever since your website had run slow and there are random charges on your credit card you can’t explain.

Pro Tip: Your website doesn’t just get hacked like you say it did by random chance — you have to be targeted. Let that sink in.

And for your authors abandoning you on igr.me and thepcmr.com, that’s because they see your post on your website as an act of betrayal, at least that is what 4 of them have told me. They also said that it is a lot harder to do anything on the website because it is so clunky and slow.

You say you learned a lesson — so did I: Never do anything for free again. But you haven’t learned the most valuable lesson of all — do not trust ANYONE on the internet.

Here is the deal, I’ve offered you plenty of proof that I had no hand in the compromise of thepcmr.com. Can your new friend say the same? Can he prove it? Or do you find his arrival to your steam friends list at the same time my company was targeted for DDOS mere coincidence? If you do, I’m not the one that’s demonstrably stupid.

UPDATE (May 19, 2018)

I do apologize that all of this information is now all over the internet and proves to be the #1 search result when googling your website. But honestly, you should have thought things through before you started shit posting based on an anonymous script kiddy that doesn’t have the testicular fortitude to give you his real name or prove that he owns a business in the field of SEO and web development.

So the guy that has been cyber-stalking me for the past week now gave me a call last night. In that call, he made some strange claims, such as “I’m untraceable” like some sort of uber cyber ghost. I told him, very clearly I had a clearance that included ATOMAL, CRYPTO, and HUMIT tags that put me in close enough proximity to CIA assets and agents that I can say, “I worked side-by-side with the CIA”, and I can go even further to say I reported to the NSA. Anyone familiar with Milstar and JNNOC operations in Stuttgart, Germany, knows what I’m talking about.

You see, the way this guy’s ego works, no one can be smarter than him. And to drop such claims to him, well it just made me seem that much more outlandish (and in complete honesty, everything I told him was 100% fact). So, he thought I was “lying”, or at least pretended for his little audio bite he was looking for.

But of course, this was a long time ago but it was post 9-11, when the US Army was asked to assist in intercepting communications that concerned attacks against the United States and allies. With that said, and what we had to do, I can say with 99.9999% certainty that no one is untraceable, in fact, I’ll demonstrate here what just $700.00 in court orders (Orders of Disclosure) will produce. Now, do keep in mind that the last entry I’ll post here is still waiting for the ISP’s response and from my phone conversation I know without any doubt the guy has an unmistakeable and flawless British accent and dialect even though he at first tried hiding it.

Firstly, I instructed my attorney how to get through the proxies and his hosting ISP replied with:

Obviously, this isn’t his true IP, he’s tunneling. So we dug around a bit and got a reply that they had two IP’s.

I know what you’re thinking… How long will this take? Really. Not long.. Obviously this is not going to get us anywhere, it is either his buddy or he was traveling. The other IP was worth sending out another order for disclosure:

Now we’re getting hot. We’re in the UK now, but the problem is, Vodafone is not an ISP, they have tunnels, so we traced that back and sent the order of disclosure and got this result:

BINGO! The city of the assailant with his real ISP. Untraceable he said, LOL. He has no idea who he’s messing with. He “thinks” he knows and I just hope he keeps on thinking what he thinks because it is making my job in reigning him in easier and easier. If you were to ask this guy, “it’s just another proxy!”, but that’s not the case, we tested the IP, and there are no proxies on this IP and the reverse dns seems to indicate a residential IP block. In all of my experience in tracking down “bouncing” communications, when you get to something like this, there is a 99.9999% chance you’ve hit the end of the line. But if you think that’s a slam dunk, wait until you know that the conversation I recorded with him last night includes his complete confession to the crimes he’s committed including child exploitation in at least 8 counts, stalking, offering medical services without a license to practice, and civil defamation and libel. The one thing he didn’t count on is that a dumb redneck would know how to coax the FBI to involve interpol, and interpol has some strange affinity for child exploitation crimes.

Dumb rednecks he said. I love it every single time someone thinks because of my accent that I’m somehow uneducated or that I don’t know how to “act” a part in which gives them a false sense of security. I’ve played on his ego, and I have won. He’ll be extradited to the United States, I estimate, as early as May 15, 2017. I expect to have a name and address by the end of the month which I will post here.

So, it came to my knowledge that I have a fan site all about me. After the initial reading most would likely be flattered, however, utter bs just usually doesn’t settle well with me.

Before we even start listing anything out here I invite any who are curious to run a criminal background check on me at any time:

Michael L Wells
113 Buttonwood Rd
Goldsboro, NC 27530
DOB: April 7, 1981

Credit score: 740
Criminal Records found: 0
Court Actions found: 0
Public Records found: 4 (one of which is my DD-214, another is a deed, one is a corporate certificate, and the other is the EIN certificate)

Just a funny side-story, because of this incident I have called the local law enforcement and as the sergeant said when he checked my own claims, “Well damn, you’re a rare one, an earnest boy scout, my record isn’t this clean!”

To which I replied while pulling my card out of my wallet and showing it to the officer, “Eagle Scout, year 2000, Tuscarora Council, Troop 45, Bill Clinton’s signature is on my card”.

The sergeant burst out in laughter, “Wow! This is surreal. What is wrong with this guy? The subject has to have some serious mental disorders to pull this on anyone especially on someone as clean as your record!”

But, let’s get started!

If you view the stylesheets on Eastern Office Furniture NC’s website, you will see that it’s attributed to GWD (Michael’s web development company) and that he has made an effort to replace every instance of the original authors license and name, effectively removing all credit to the author.

You should contact that client and ask her if the original source code and credits were disclosed to her because I can see on her account information page, it was.

This is prohibited in the GPL license and is without a doubt deliberate plagiarism.

The GPL website seems to say otherwise.

https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.en.html#RequiredToClaimCopyright

Here is where things begin to go terribly wrong — that is when someone starts to use big words that they don’t know the meaning of, like “GPL”. You see, GPL purposely allows you to change software any way you see fit and redistribute that software. While you can’t charge money for that software — ever, you can charge for the distribution of that software and the service in which you changed it. When a license tells you that you can change anything within the software as if it were your own, and redistribute that software so long as the original source code is disclosed to the recipient (which isn’t you btw), there can’t be plagiarism unless, of course you call having someone write social media posts on your behalf plagiarism, because that’s what’s going on here — the author has granted, by means of the GPLv3, rights for anyone to modify their software, including changing the credits, and the redistribution of those changes so long as the source code is distributed within it.

But that’s not even what we’re talking about here because our software is SaaS (Software as a Service) which means, by nature of the GPL we can completely sterilize the GPL code of any copyright bylines and credits so long as we don’t redistribute the code, and SaaS, is not a form of redistribution under the GPLv3 (it is under AGPL). But don’t take my word for it, see what this attorney has to say about it on her blog: http://danashultz.com/blog/2010/03/05/saas-use-of-open-source-software-is-not-distribution-who-gnu/

In any theme/style one may aquire, there is more than just a single style-sheet that is used for WordPress. You generally have multiple style sheets, a functions.php, home.php, single-post.php, header.php, etc. Usually, our modifications come in the form of secondary (child) stylesheet changes as well as custom functions. But go ahead bub, keep claiming that nothing has changed because the default of the master theme (not the child which is in use) has no change (which is proper WordPress modding).

I’m guessing the client wanted a requirement that Michael design the website from scratch so he made an effort to conceal the fact that it was a publically available template/theme.

Another way things start to go wrong is when one tries to pass speculation off as fact. It is frankly none of your concern what this client wanted, nor is it of your concern how they got it. But I will just say this: A fully customized website underwritten by our copyright agent usually runs about $4,500 (starting) and not many used furniture stores or worm farmers can afford a website at that price. So in an effort to fit a budget, their budget, we provide alternatives and then from those alternatives we provide customizations.

A “hack” is attributed to countries or organizations based on the software used in the attack.

My fellow 74G’s and 74B’s on FB laughed at this, very hard. Our own government can make an attack to appear to be a Chinese or Russian aggression, quite easily. When a country like the United States still “controls” the roots of the internet (IANA, ICANN, etc) and can change internet routing at the flip of a switch, an attack can seem to come from the Mars Curiosity if they wanted (I hear the latency would be terrible).

As far as the signatures within the payload — we laughed even harder as if the US government or any other government couldn’t repurpose known malicious software.

If you’re “hacking” an e-mail server, you’re trying to use an exploit that a person authored.

So, is brute force the exploitation of a vulnerability that someone authored? No. It is not. You seem new to the cracking world, so let me try and help.

There are two easy vectors of attack on an email server, one being plain old IP interception. The other is keylogging. Both are quite easy if you know how to send someone a password protected ZIP archive with the executable inside. Once you have that, you have both the username and password of that user to give you unfettered access to that email server.

That randomtool1.c was written by a person, it has certain language signatures, stylistic paradigms, even borrowed code that can be attributed.

I highly doubt you’re a “forensic” anything. I am. And in the digital world, anything can be faked, cloned, duplicated, replicated, and attributed. I can write PHP code like:

if($amoron): echo $alwaysamoron; endif;

Or I can write PHP like:

if($amoron) {
echo $alwaysamoron;
}

And depending upon the complexity of the code, I’m liable to write it either way. And I could easily throw off forensics by simply writing:

if($einIdiot) {
echo $ImmereinIdiot;
}

But that must be a German National right? Wrong. And there is where your logic fails and your lunacy shines brightly.

As far as I can tell, the only software you know how to use is WordPress.

You’re right. My primary forte is WordPress plugins. Why re-invent the wheel? So yeah, if WordPress can handle it through plugins, why build a brand new php library? Oh, that’s right, my IQ shouldn’t be high enough to think like that, I guess.

But as far as your claim that I haven’t created any open source software… LOL.

Super CAPTCHA Security Suite – Hardened 3D CAPTCHA

And oh, wait a second…

Overall, the success rate of attacking Super CAPTCHA was lower than
the rest. This is because the lines that are used to build Super CAPTCHA
are generated using Markov-chains. This gives rise to some randomness in the
lines, which makes it more difficult to distinguish between pixels that belong
to the parallel lines and those that belong to the characters. As such, using
larger distortion parameters for the lines will certainly make the CAPTCHA
more difficult to break.

Holy shit, how can someone with an IQ of 50 possibly have academic research on his software!!!

Now it comes down to all of the criminal accusations that were levied against me on the website and for that, I refer you to my opening statement.

But let’s not stop here, how about we begin to level the playing field a bit. Fire with fire, eye-for-an-eye, but instead of fabrications, I’m going to use facts.

Your domain is anonymous — which means you don’t want anyone knowing who you are. You know who else makes outlandish claims behind the cloak of privacy? The CIA, and what is the CIA’s job? Manipulation. Don’t think that anonymity and manipulation go hand-in-hand? Please, give me the name of a single CIA asset or operative on active duty.

I know that can be interpreted as a non-sequitur argument, so let’s look at that a little deeper.

Of course the basic registrar whois turns up basic ID Protection so this guy could be completely anonymous, however, there is something he doesn’t know. Registrars have “reputation”, that is, how well they vet people and handle abuse complaints. Obviously, he knew he would get legal abuse complaints and chose a registrar that doesn’t respond to abuse, at all, in fact, his registrar is responsible for many 419 scammer websites that are still online this very moment.

Which brings me to my final point:

While it was incredibly smart of you to remove the images of my children from your website (and other libelous materials that you’ve retracted in part), nothing can ever be truly deleted from the internet and as I already alerted you, CloudFlare had already been sent a Letter of Preservation and has already responded that the caches were preserved under ID#:2017-004821 which lays waiting for the court’s order of disclosure to arrive in their mailbox with the North Carolina Court seal affixed.

Not only did you commit a crime in that, and in your mob lynchings from manufactured claims and allegations, all of that provides irrefutable proof in a court’s eyes that you acted with the intent to do harm and with malice. Not only do you have just me on your back, but now you have my company on your back, and two of my customers who have both joined the lawsuit. If you don’t believe me, feel free to email Eastern Office once more and ask.

You know, us little companies, we don’t have much money to spend on attourneys, but we do have liability insurance on our companies and when someone makes accusations that become liabilities, guess who starts paying for our lawyers? Good luck.

TL;DR: The only ones who chose anonymity are those with something to hide. And no matter what this guy accuses me of, no matter the accusations, it is nothing compared to how subhuman he is by posting someone’s minor children on the internet without that parent’s consent to exploit them for personal gain and gratification. Because it merits repeating: SUBHUMAN.

I think I’ve officially been “triggered”.

I was reading through facebook and ran across a friend’s post about a female who had been battered by her boyfriend. I looked her up and found something familiar. Her boyfriend was a “thug” and just 12 months ago she posted, “My man’s a badass no one wanna fuck wid him!”

So then she gets pregnant, he bails and she goes after him for child support and he cleans her clock leaving her with two black eyes.

Now you know the full story and now here is my commentary.

Firstly, men: If you hit a woman, you’re a twatsickle douchebag that doesn’t deserve to share the air with me. The sooner you off yourself the better.

But on to the main event here. I can’t — I can’t feel sorry for her as a battered woman. At some point, the receptors and neurons in my brain begin to stop feeling sorry for the overpowering Darwinism part of my brain goes, “Fucking retard, what in the hell did you THINK would happen?”

Sure, it burns me up to see a battered woman, it also lets me know whoever her “baby’s daddy” was is an easy fight and I could manipulate him pretty quick because he has zero self-control (or maybe zero respect for women). But what burns me up even more than that, is women who follow their hormones and urges for “bad-boy type men”.

I’ve seen way too many gentlemen that I KNOW would never hit a female bet passed over and even called names (like Geek, Nerd, Pleb, etc) because they weren’t “bad-boy” enough for their tastes. Well, when you go after one of these guys, where his lawless nature sexually appeals to you, what do you think will happen when you piss him off? Do you think he will abide by the law or follow social morae? Of course not, because that’s what sexually appealed to you.

So you post your video of the bruises and black eyes on Facebook for what reason? Oh, yes. A pity party. Sorry, I don’t pity you. I tried, I really did, but I just can’t.

I write this not because I’m some heartless wife-beater (In fact, I’ve NEVER **INTENTIONALLY** hit my wife — I say intentionally because she will most certainly bring up my sleeping habits and how my elbow has on occasion found her eye). I write this because women need to wake up and think ahead. I write this as a father with two girls that I NEVER want to have to deal with a “baby daddy” who beat the shit out of them, because I would be in prison for murder 1. And I’ve told everyone here, just as I told both of my girls: Go after one of those bad-boys if you want, but when he beats the shit out of you, you better not tell me.

To everyone else, it’s time to accept responsibility. Sure blaming the victim is never a good hand to play, but nevertheless, it doesn’t mean the victim was entirely faultless. A guy sleeping in the same bedroom as Lorena Bobbit and expecting his shit to be attached the next morning is expecting something he can’t have and being unrealistic just like dating a bad-boy and expecting him not to beat the shit out of you at some point is an unrealistic expectation. In both cases, the victims are wrong as well as the perp.
